This policy details how Control1 (hereinafter: “the Company”) collects, uses, and processes personal information through its digital assets, including the website and landing pages. The purpose of this policy is to inform users of their rights and the Company’s obligations in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, in light of Amendment No. 13 to the Law, enacted on August 5, 2024, and effective as of August 14, 2025.

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.

Please read this policy carefully. Use of the digital assets constitutes acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to its terms, you must discontinue use of these assets.

Definitions

“Personal Information” – Any data about an identified person or a person who can be identified by reasonable means, directly or indirectly, including name, identity number, contact details, location data, IP address, biometric identifier, traffic data, property details, or any other data that can be attributed to an individual.

“Sensitive Information” – Personal information including, among others, medical or genetic data, criminal history, political opinions, religious beliefs, worldviews, details of private family life, sexual orientation, salary details and financial data, or any information subject to confidentiality by law.

“Database” – A collection of personal data held digitally and used for the Company’s operational purposes, excluding personal use that is not for business purposes.

“Database Controller” – Control1, which determines the purposes of information processing.

“Data Processing” – Any action performed on personal information, including collection, storage, use, review, sorting, updating, deletion, transfer, or any other action.

“Data Subject” – The individual to whom the personal information relates.

“Privacy Protection Officer” – Guy.

Collection of Personal Information and Its Purposes

The Company collects personal information provided by users or received during direct contact with the Company, for the purpose of providing Company services, managing customer relations, operating and using digital assets, and complying with legal requirements.

Types of Information Collected:

Full name, phone number, email address, residential address or mailing address, account details for payment purposes.

Processing Purposes:

Scheduling appointments, providing services and responding to inquiries, managing customer relations, operating and maintaining digital assets, improving services, sending updates and promotional materials subject to explicit consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legal protection.

Data Subject Rights

Right of Access – To receive information whether included in the database and whether personal information is stored about them.

Right of Rectification – To request update or correction if the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear.

Right of Erasure – To demand deletion of the information if there is no legal obligation or business need to retain it.

Right to Object to Marketing Use – To object to the use of personal information for direct marketing or advertising purposes.

Areas of Responsibility: Advising Company employees, supervising the collection and storage of personal information, preparing training programs, reviewing procedures, handling data subject inquiries, and maintaining contact with the Privacy Protection Authority.

Information Security

The Company employs reasonable measures to protect personal information, including technological tools, access controls, and internal work procedures. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Data Retention

Information is retained as long as required for providing services, compliance with legal obligations, or for legal protection purposes. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

The Company may transfer personal information to third parties for the purpose of providing services, compliance with the law, or ongoing operations, including external service providers (cloud, CRM, email marketing).

Additionally:

Competent Authorities – If required by law or upon receipt of a lawful demand.

Legal Dispute Management – Use or disclosure for the protection of rights.

Structural Changes – In the event of a merger or acquisition.

Statistical Information – Anonymous sharing for research and service improvement.

The Company does not sell personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

International Data Transfer

Information may be stored or processed outside Israel (USA or Europe) through cloud services. Use of the Company’s assets constitutes consent that information may be transferred outside Israel.

Digital Channel Adaptations

When using the website, information submitted through forms is collected, as well as technical information (cookies, browsing data, IP address, etc.). Purposes: improving user experience, proper website operation, prevention of misuse.

Completing forms constitutes initial contact and consent to provide the information. You may request removal from the mailing list at any time.

Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published and will take effect upon publication.
